  • How does an employer request a background check?

    Employers can email their documents to our secure email or use our secure web access platform by using their individual username and password.

  • What is your average turn around time?

    Our average turn around time is 24 to 48 hours depending upon the searches that was ordered.

  • How is an employer informed of results?

    Completed background checks can be emailed to our customer via our secure email or the results can be posted to our secure platform for easy view and retrieval.

  • How do you access the information you report?

    Access to information found on your report is obtained in various manners. Information is obtained through direct contact with employers, schools, people, companies, governmental agencies, courts, licensing bureaus, credit bureaus and direct sources of driving records. Insource utilizes a network of nationwide criminal researchers to provide us with criminal records.
